The Executive Inn Newcastle are pleased to offer the following rates for the 2018 Mine Rehabilitation conference delegates staying 10-14 April 2018.

Room Types/Rates:
 
$170.00 per room, per night, accommodation only for 1 or 2 Adults - Garden Rooms   
1 Queen Bed, 1 Sofa Bed and Ensuite Bathroom with Dual Head walk in Shower. 
 
$180.00 per room, per night, accommodation only for 1 or 2 Adults - Twin Rooms
2 Queen Bed and Ensuite Bathroom with walk in Dual Head Shower.  
 
$190.00 per room, per night, accommodation only for 1 or 2 Adults – Twin Poolside Rooms
2 Queen Bed and Ensuite Bathroom with walk in Dual Head Shower.  Rooms are located on the poolside of the hotel.    
 
Parking, Daily Pass for Balance Collective (Gym) and WiFi is complimentary for all hotel guests.
 
Reservations:  All guests are required to email or phone Jill Rye or Rebecca Antel and quote either the group name or booking number.  A valid credit card, full names, address and phone number must be provided at the time of booking to secure their accommodation.

Check-in: On check-in a credit card is required for a pre-authorisation of the total accommodation amount. Guests must ensure they have the appropriate funds to cover their account over this time. Cash or EFTPOS bonds are not accepted.
 
Credit Card Surcharge:  Please note there is a surcharge of 1.5% Visa/Mastercard and 2.5% American Express/Diners.
 
Damage: Guests are financially liable for any damage sustained whilst in the hotel property, whether through their own actions or through the actions of their appointed agent or invited guests. Should evidence of smoking be detected an additional cleaning charge of $400.00 for each room effected. The room must not be used for any unlawful purpose and there is strictly a NO-PARTY POLICY in place. Please be aware of our strictly NON-SMOKING house rule within our establishment.  This includes guest rooms, balconies and hallways and any internal public areas. 
 
Registration: All guests staying at the hotel over 18 years of age are required to provide photo ID at check-in and sign in as a temporary member before entering the club premises, as part of the NSW Registered Clubs Act. All children under the age of 18 must stay with their parent or legal guardian at all times whilst in the Western Suburbs Leagues Club and in all areas of the hotel.
